ABOUT ME

Stacy Spence, MSc, R.SLP, SLP(C)

Speech-Language Pathologist

I completed my speech and language graduate training at the University of Alberta in 2011. Since that time, I have spent most of my career working with children in schools and in the community. I take a family centred approach to my clients and their goals and strive to develop effective and functional therapy to help children be more successful in their environments and interactions with others.

I am also passionate about supporting children's literacy skills. I understand the value and joy that can come from successful reading and am dedicated to helping children who may benefit from a speech and language approach to these skills.

I am registered with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA) and am a certified member of Speech Language and Audiology Canada (SAC).

When not working I enjoying traveling, spending time with family, exploring the city and mountains, and reading a new book.
